Let's Reframe Blame! If I blame my partner for what he or she is doing to me, I will not heal. Why?  Because, as long as I am blaming another person for what is happening in my life, I am a victim. I am ready therefore, to realize and re-frame blame.

Whenever I have a problem or issue with you, I have an opportunity to heal and transform something inside me.  Our issues dysfunctionally fit together like puzzle pieces. When my mind is open and I embrace these principles, I begin to realize that all my problems and issues are really opportunities to heal myself.

All my life experiences translate into what is now my present belief system and core issues that live inside me. My body remembers everything – especially my old wounds, which eventually get re-enacted in my relationships.  In a way, you are my mirror - you, who I love so dearly are mirroring back all my childhood wounds.

Please just hear me and my feelings without your judgement, criticism, opinions, defenses, explanations and helpful fixes.

I want to express my emotional truth to the people I love. Emotional honesty goes both ways, so please do not spare me your truth either.

Here's an idea - I am here for my own soul's evolution, not to take care of anyone else. I must take care of my Self in order to truly be emotionally intimate with the people I love.
