The necromancer has revealed themself and the undead walk the streets. Meredith tries to protect the townspeople caught in the chaos, while Jaspar confronts the one behind it all.

Undead continue to rise in the city. Meredith meets someone unfamiliar, yet familiar. Jaspar meets someone familiar, yet unfamiliar.

As Meredith and Jaspar start to investigate the undead cropping up over the city, they are introduced to some people who may help them learn more about necromancy.

A desperate gravedigger and an impulsive teen find themselves witnesses to a series of undead sightings, all the while they try to hide their magic lest they be burnt at the stake.
