Hello, today is Monday and I could not miss the dance classes, the truth is that dancing has become my best therapy during my months of training, I love to share with this group of women and men that overflow with positive energy, the energy is contagious and lately I live putting aside all the negative because in my process I am learning to enjoy life and these spaces where I connect with myself, indeed my best therapy has been training in gym, playing sports, dancing and always being active and moving.

Hola, hoy es lunes y no podía faltar a las clases de baile, la verdad el baile se ha convertido en mi mejor terapia durante mis meses de entrenamiento, me encanta compartir con este grupo de mujeres y hombres que desbordan energías positivas, la energía se contagia y últimamente vivo haciendo a un lado todo lo negativo porque en mi proceso estoy aprendiendo a disfrutar de la vida y de estos espacios donde me conecto conmigo misma, efectivamente mi mejor terapia ha sido entrenar en gym, practicar deportes, bailar y estar siempre activa y en movimiento.

I feel more energetic, I can even say that I smile more when I dance, in the blue room you dance, you enjoy life while your body is moving. At the same time, these classes have allowed me to gain more confidence, be more participative and even integrate into any program in which I want to participate because I know what I'm made of and all that I can achieve just trusting in me and having the full confidence that I can achieve it.

Me siento con más energía, incluso puedo decir que sonrió más cuando bailo, en el sala azul se baila, se disfruta de la vida mientras el cuerpo está en movimiento. A su vez, estas clases me han permitido ganará mayor confianza, ser más participativa e incluso integrarme en cualquier programa en el que desee participar porque se de que estoy hecha y de todo lo que puedo lograr solo confiando en mi y teniendo la plena seguridad de que lo puedo lograr.
