Here’s a Nudge

To wrap up this series, I share another story about a time I could have handled the situation better. Knowing what I know now, I have no doubt I can course correct and do what I know is right. In my conclusion, I express gratitude for everyone who listened. I explain how this theory and goal were relevant to me because of my encounter with them each and every day.

I begin this episode describing things my Dad has taught me over the years through his example alone. The way simple habits translate to my impact at work is quite humorous.

This episode details an interaction I had that gave me a significant amount of insight into the adjustment I need to make to my leadership style. I am thankful to have had this experience because it made me much more considerate of the members of my team and much more equipped to lead them the way they deserve to be lead.
