Last year, the Big Cottonwood Canyon race KILLED my soul. I had just moved from Florida expecting to BQ in a race with a 5400ft elevation drop starting at 9000ft elevation. Since when did I even know what a hill was in Florida? A year later I want to redeem myself and I'm sharing how I upgraded my plan and how things are going. Let's just say, it's all down hill from here!
