Don't be afraid to admit you are not good at certain tasks, but be brave enough to admit it, and get someone who is stong in that area on your team.

One thing I like to talk to my clients about is buying the #realestate you operate the company out of. You can sell the #operatingcompany, and collect a #rent check every month from the new owner while you are #golfing , or in #Fiji. You need a #bankloan to get the best #rates, and terms, to get that you must show #DSC (Debt Service Coverage) on a #taxreturn, and when you do that, YOU WILL PAY TAXES.

Here's The Deal is back in 2024. This episode we talk about wanting to start a business and doing what I call "Going Cortez" . Here's The Deal Will help to answer the questions of "How do I get a business loan?" We will give you the tools you need to start a business, run and existing business, and exit a business properly. "Going Cortez", quitting your job, cashing in your 401K, spending all your savings, and maxing out credit cards, does not show the banks you are "All In" it shows them you did not know what tools were available to you. HTD will teach you how to increase your odds on obtaining SBA financing, but there are NO guarantees that you will.
