The year isn’t over yet, and there’s still time to win it. In this episode of Here’s the Deal, Brittney and Ryan break down the 3 steps to finish the year strong: vision, action, and gratitude.
If you’ve been feeling behind on your goals, stuck in Q4 overwhelm, or already mentally checked out until January, this one’s for you. We talk about how to get clear on what you actually want to accomplish in the final weeks of the year, how to turn that vision into focused daily action, and why gratitude is the step most people skip, even though it’s the one that keeps your mindset and momentum strong.
Whether you’re a business owner, coach, entrepreneur, or just someone who wants to end the year proud of how you showed up, you’ll walk away with a simple framework to close out 2026 with intention and set yourself up for a powerful new year.

Slow seasons don’t kill businesses. Retreating does.
In this episode, Brittney and Ryan get real about what happens when business slows down, and why it’s the most important time to lean in, not pull back. When the leads dry up and the calendar goes quiet, it’s tempting to go silent, stop posting, and wait it out. But the people who come out of a slow season stronger are the ones who keep showing up.
We talk about:
Whether you’re in a seasonal market, coming off a slow quarter, or just feeling stuck, this one’s your reminder: keep going. The harvest comes to the ones who didn’t quit planting.

Have you ever walked away from a conversation feeling smaller than when you walked in? In this episode of Here’s the Deal, Brittney and Ryan get real about how people have made them feel in recent interactions, and what those moments reveal about ego versus soul.
They share stories about running into someone so wrapped up in their own ego that it left Brittney feeling small, and about strangers who treated them as insignificant based on nothing more than the job they were doing at the time. These people didn’t know who they were. They made up a story and acted on it.
From there, the conversation goes deeper into ego consciousness versus leading from your soul and your essence. When you lead from ego, you need people to feel less so you can feel more. When you lead from your soul, you leave people with an impression of increase. They walk away better for having crossed your path.
This one is a challenge to look at how you show up in every interaction, whether it’s a client, a cashier, or a stranger. The question isn’t whether you leave an impression. It’s what kind.

What would your life look like if you stopped living on autopilot and started living from a higher consciousness?
In this episode, Brittney Hall and Ryan get honest about what it actually means to live at a higher level of awareness in everyday life. Not the polished, perfect version you see online. The real one. How you think, what you tolerate, who you give your energy to, and how you respond when life doesn't go your way.
We talk about breaking out of reactive patterns, protecting your peace, tuning out the noise, and learning to trust the person you were created to be. If you've been feeling like there's more for you, this conversation is your reminder that there is.
In this episode:
What living in a higher consciousness really looks like day to day
How to stop reacting and start responding
Protecting your energy and your peace
Letting go of what no longer fits the person you're becoming

Ever explained something perfectly and watched it land completely wrong? This week Ryan and Brittney dig into communication — specifically the gap between how we say things and how people actually hear them. Whether it's your team, your client, or your spouse, the goal isn't to be understood on your terms. It's to speak in a way the other person can receive. They swap real examples from The Revenue Agency, talk about reading the room before you open your mouth, and make the case that most "communication problems" are really translation problems.

"I don't know how" is the most common excuse holding entrepreneurs back — and it's costing you the business you actually want.
In this episode, I break down the real skill and mindset shift that separates people stuck at six figures from the ones who scale past seven. Spoiler: it's not more information, more courses, or more certainty. It's a specific way of thinking and problem-solving that you can build starting today.

Apparently posting "I will never buy an electric car" on Instagram is an open invitation for the entire internet to explain why you're wrong. It's not. We get into why people can't let a personal preference just be a personal preference, and why everyone's suddenly an expert on your life choices the second you say something out loud.
Then we go straight into youth sports, a world we live deep in, and call out something we keep seeing: kids getting treated like little prima donnas, and it shows up in their attitude and how they celebrate. We're all for confidence. Truly. But some of these kids need a reality check, not another trophy moment. Less ass kissing from the parents, more perspective for the kids. You're not that good. Yet.
Real talk, real stories, zero filter. This is Here's the Deal.

We're back. New season, same weekly drop, same real talk.
This episode starts with a Walmart checkout line and ends with a hard conversation about standards. The short version: the guy ringing us up couldn't figure out that two quarters equal 50 cents. Not a big deal on its own. But it opened up a bigger conversation about this generation, what we're actually teaching kids to expect from themselves, and why "good enough" keeps getting redefined down.
We get into why the standards other people hand you are almost always lower than the ones you'd set for yourself, and why that gap is where mediocrity lives. Funny, a little fired up, fully us.

In this episode of Here's the Deal, Brittney and Ryan dive into one of their most unfiltered conversations yet—covering unsolicited advice, confidence, relationships, masculinity, femininity, parenting, and what it really means to stand in your value.
From a random coffee-making lesson from a stranger in Hawaii to the growing tendency of people to tell others how they should live, think, parent, and run their businesses, the conversation explores why so many people struggle to mind their own business and why confidence often eliminates the need to control others.
The two discuss the difference between strength and insecurity, healthy masculine and feminine energy, raising independent children, and how their own relationship works because of mutual respect—not control.
They also share candid thoughts on integrity in business, why so many entrepreneurs exaggerate their success, and why holding firm to your value is one of the most important skills you can develop in both business and life.
Plus, stay tuned for a fun rapid-fire segment where Brittney and Ryan answer questions about personal goals, favorite foods, music, career dreams, and more.
In this episode:
• Unsolicited advice and social expectations
• Masculine and feminine energy
• Strong men vs. weak men
• Parenting independent children
• Communication in marriage
