The holiday season brings plenty of joy and good cheer to nearly every community. In the midst of the joy we tend to cover up the pain. Even as we hide, deep down inside we are seeking the answers as to why we had to experience such heartache and loss.
With God, our experience of pain is never in vain.
I recount the story of my miscarriage in this episode. How it felt, the realizations that it provided and the promises that God gave. God does not ever derive joy from the pain we experience. Yet unlike us, He does know how it has the ability to transform us for the better. Trust that even in the toughest of situations, that God has not left your side at any moment.
I pray this episode helps someone feel seen today. That regardless of your affliction, you know that you are not alone. Keeping in mind that God has not forgotten about you and that He is working always and actively for your greater good.
