In today’s episode, I talk about the controversial Stoic motto “expect nothing and accept everything”. For centuries this motto has raised brows, discussions and arguments, so today I’ll be telling you what I understand, what I’ve taken from it and how I practice it. now note this isn’t me asking you to drop all your expectations and become a modern-day droid and neither is this me asking you to adhere to this motto, it’s me simply me talking to you about what I’ve learnt and as with everything I talk about in this podcast take what feels right and leave what doesn’t.
