The people of 'Ad lived many years in the windswept hills of an area between Yemen and Oman. They were physically well built and renowned for their craftsmanship especially in the construction of tall buildings with lofty towers. They were outstanding among all the nations in power and wealth, which, unfortunately, made them arrogant and boastful. And Allah sent them their brother HUD(pbuh)

Al-'Asr is the time in which the movements of the Children of Adam occur, whether good or evil.

Humazah Lumazah means one who reviles and disgraces (others).'' Mujahid said, "Al-Humazah is with the hand and the eye, and Al-Lumazah is with the tongue.''

This is one of the favors Allah did for the Quraysh. He saved them from the People of the Elephant who had tried to tear down the Ka'bah and wipe out all traces of its existence. Allah thwarted their plans, made their efforts in vain and sent them back routed.

It is a great Grace from Allah for the protection of the Quraish,Allah's Grace and Protections, We cause the (Quraish) caravans to set forth safe in winter (to the south) and in summer (to the north without any fear) meaning, He(Allah) favors them with safety and gentleness, so they should single Him out for worship alone, without any partner.

The virtue behind this surat, which circumstance was this chapter revealed,  Thereafter, Allah prohibited the believers from insulting the disbelievers' idols,lest they insult Allah wrongfully without knowledge.)

Lookin' out for the needy, treat well the orphans, and don't underestimate any good action( big or small) ,also don't deny the day of resurrection,indeed it will come to pass!
