The world attempts to openly rejected God. Some do it by voicing the fact that God does not exist or play a role in our affairs. However, God is very active, especially in the care of His own people.

Every generation is faced with the responsibility of working in their fields. The sharing of the good news is imperative for us. Jesus serves as an example of what we ought to be like working in the fields. Sharing the good news is intentional, situational, confrontational, and eternal. This is the theme for Heritage in 2022, Focusing on the Fields.

The angels in heaven give voice to praise the God, the Holy One. On earth God gives voice to display His glory. His voice is heard in a storm that rages from the Sea to north and the south of the Land of Israel. This God who has such power is able to control the chaos in the world and bring peace to His people.

In warfare it is a normal occurrence to have friendly fire incidents. In the church, it is sadly not uncommon also. Individual snipe at one another over -doubtful disputations-, issues on how to live out the Christian faith. The battle rages between those who are liberal in their beliefs -the strong- and those who are conservative -the weak-. The strong looks down on the weak and the weak judge the strong. The initial answer of Paul to this discussion is to consider yourself that you are looking to please Christ more than men and that you ought to live as one who will have to give account at the Judgment Seat of Christ.

Light and salvation in the past should encourage praise to the Lord. This encouragement should then give you strength and confidence to pray for things that are yet to happen.
