Peace for the Christian is not a fleeting moment but a promised eternal state. Today Pastor Nathan continues looking at Isaiah 9 and shares about the eternality of the peace we have in Christ.

Often we view peace as the absence of all tension, yet the peace offered by Jesus Christ is far more incredible than that. What do the tithes given to Melchizadek have to do with modern-day followers of Christ?  The author of Hebrews is not making an appeal for giving, so what is the purpose of this narrative? Why even bring it up?  In this teaching, Pastor Nathan points again to the image of Jesus seen in the person of Melchizedek. Watch and be encouraged by the truth of a glorious Priest and King who is so good to His children.

Hebrews 6:19 tells us that "We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul" who is our Great High Priest, Jesus Christ.
