Dan Filby is chief executive officer and board member at AccuSourceHR, a leading provider of background screening and HR services, and is the founder and CEO of PV Capital Group. Prior to AccuSourceHR, Filby held leadership roles as CEO at HighWire and as CEO and President at two top ranking employment screening providers, leading their global teams to achieve healthy growth, innovation and successful M&A. Filby is a member of Young President Organization (YPO), a current board member of the Fiesta Bowl Organization, a former board member of National Employment Opportunity Network (NEON) and the Silicon Valley CUE as well as a former advisor to the Northern Ireland Executive Government. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wilfred Laurier University and Lean Six Sigma Masters from Villanova University.
