Heroics & Hijinks

Content Warning: Beastiality, Attempted Murder of a Child

We’ve got some very familiar tales and are very much peak Greek mythology. We’ve got a vengeful god, hubris, and some real eye-for-an-eye situations. Join Demi and Echo as we tell so very familiar tales.

“Water. Earth. Fire. Air. I will become master of the four elements!” The trio continue their adventures in Chicago and take some time to hit up the tourist-y spots and eat some Chicago-style pizza. During one of their activities, Arella spots something strange and gets rewarded with some exciting news. Conner and Lyra actually seem to be getting along, mostly ganging up on the little one.

Sidenote: Arella would like me to tell the younger listeners to beware of strange adults that say “Greetings, children. Please come inside.”

Hey! It's Valentine's! So here's a little something special for y'all.

Content Warning: Abduction

Last mini-sode, we had love that only ended in heartbreak. Well, this time, we hope to tell a few love stories with happy endings. Though I will say that one of the stories is rather heartbreaking, but it does get a happy ending. I promise.

“But, soft! what light through yonder window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun. Arise, fair sun, and kill the envious moon, Who is already sick and pale with grief, That thou her maid art far more fair than she.”

Before Romeo and Juliet, there were these couples. Join us for this mini-dive into some tragic love stories of yore.

The quest continues in the Windy City, and our trio is trying to locate the supposed “exile of magic.” Will Arella be able to keep the others on task? Is Lyra making stupid decisions? Why is Conner in the market for flooring? Give a listen to find out!

The crew finally gets a level up! Woot! Feel free to skip the first few minutes, if that kind of stuff bores you. As for the action, the Kronos Kids have completed their very first official mission! Hooray! After a week of recuperating, the trio receives some bad news. Just how will they handle it? Like eager professionals, right? Tune in to find out!

Free of the Myrmekes and one obstinate shabti crawling around just outside of camp proper, the Kronos Kids must come up with their plan on figuring out the last part of Rachel’s painting - the mysterious falcon. Could James the shabti’s “acceptable” master be the one the falcon represents? Or is it someone else? How will the three get rid of the shabti with two of them still unclaimed?

Welcome back! Where we last left off, the trio was deep inside the Myrmeke Hill following the Gollum golem. The creature grabbed something from the treasure pile, which set in motion some angry acid-spitting ants. Join us as we discover how the group escapes and plans their next steps in Rachel’s painting prophecy.

Join Echo and Demi as they sit down and discuss Greek Myths. Our first episode is all about the early humans. Woah! Easy, don't open that! Ah! Now you’ve done it. Excuse us as we go clean up the mess we made.

Mything Information is a mini-series that will be scattered throughout the regular season, as we see fit. These episodes are bite-sized in comparison to our regular episodes. We hope you enjoy these mini episodes, as I (Echo) help Demi get caught up on her Greek mythology knowledge.
