I had the pleasure of working with Seamus Dixon of SAUS back in 2004 and I have been lucky enough to keep in touch with him over the past 16 years.

Seamus has gone from tending bar in Halifax, Nova Scotia to opening multiple hospitality concepts on the West Coast of Canada. His incredible passion for the industry and everyone in it has set him up for success since day 1.

Seamus' latest venture SAUS has him doubling down on the incredibly popular hot sauce trend with his very own release. A hot (and extremely popular) vegan coffee-laced sauce that has hit the ground running.
