Sarah and Kim are back! They share their feelings on Schitt's Creek—the funniest, cutest, sweetest show—and how it's an excellent form of self-care in these tough times.

Sarah and Kim chat about some positive changes in their lives due to therapy, how TV is part of their self-care (and their productive time, thankyouverymuch, Gillian Anderson), and some of their current favorite shows and characters.

Sarah and Kim catch up on what they've been up to so far in 2018. Sarah shares the details of her recent staycation, confesses she's a recovering magazine hoarder, and shares about how she turned her house into a very nice place to be. Kim recently moved and is just beginning to settle in, but yoga, meditation, and patience have been helping her go with the flow. They both plan to stick with therapy this year, and look forward to more home/self improvements!

Sarah and Kim open up about the consequences of news-cycle anxiety (Kim couldn’t even pet a puppy!), and discuss the recent wave of sexual assault allegations in the headlines. They share their personal experiences with harassment and their hopes for what may change for women. Since the news is so exhausting, they also give their top self-care advice.

Sarah and Kim watched Stranger Things 2 and have THOUGHTS. They chat about the good and bad of Eleven's journey, Billy being THE WORST, and the controversial "bad episode." Basically, the Duffers should call them for their notes.
