Our guest Ben Paddon(hey check out Jump Leads) brings us on an adventure back to the beginning of beloved British Sci-fi show Doctor Who. But it’s Dr. Who this time and he’s Peter Cushing. Dr. Who and crew take a mostly self-inflicted journey aboard TARDIS to an alien world with totally alien problems like war and genocide. We get mildly distracted by DALEKs in mundane situations and imported snacks.

Anna brings us D.E.B.S. a mid-aughts queer comedy about a group of young lady spies recruited to go to college and also fight terrorists and maybe smooch the terrorists if they are a hot and cool lesbian. Ok, they are not supposed to be smooching the enemy but it’s 2004 and it’s incredible that this movie exists.

Our intrepid crew embarks on episode 2 of Giant Robo: The Animation. We meet more characters and learn some history about “The Tragedy of Bashtarlle”.

Anna presents the second heisei Godzilla, Godzilla vs. Biollante! A well balanced mix of puny humans struggles and giant monster destruction with a soundtrack that slaps. Very fun unless you hate plants with teeth.
