In this episode I interviewed Loren Cobbs. She is the founder of @crateagency and @sdmelanin. Loren is also a dear friend and community builder who's creating experiences for people of color.
In this episode we got to chat about her personal story growing up as a black girl in America, her experience working abroad and traveling to more than 30 countries, and her journey of going from being a diplomat to building community and thriving in business during Covid. Please note that we recorded this interview last year but it's still just as relevant if not more today.
If you enjoy this episode, don't forget to post and tag @jessiemedinaofficial and @loren_co. You can also check out Loren's website crateagency.com.

Perfection, perfection...one of the biggest mind traps! As a recovering perfectionist, I dove in a bit into what perfection is and the different "perfectionist styles," that's right, there are many!
Perfectionism doesn't show up the same for everyone but there is one style that's more common in women and it's definitely something that can be unlearned.
Let's dive in and learn a bit about this "seemingly" innocent drive to be perfect. If you enjoy this episode, make sure to share on social and tag @JessieMedinaOfficial. What type of perfectionist are you? Are you in the recovery process or still in it?
