Classroom Management is not always easy. It can be quite uncomfortable at times because it forces you to sit and reflect deeply on the things that are not working and why. Building relationships is a great behavior management tool. In this episode, I share with how I use the "Five Student Check In' mentioned in Episode 9, to build better relationships with students.
