If you're overwhelmed or scared, you’re not alone. I talk about why it’s important to let ourselves feel these heavy emotions, to give space for grief and even hide away if we need to—but not to lose hope. We can process our pain and come back stronger, ready to stand up for what’s right.

I discuss my background in community organizing and why I’m exploring creating a new podcast on political education and activism in the future. For now, let’s hold space for both our grief and our resolve.

A little behind-the-scenes update: I’m recording with a new mic, and I’m preparing for surgery on November 15, so I'll be taking a short break. But don’t worry, I’ll be back, and I look forward to standing strong together.
