When you travel you probably sleep in, stay out late, skip your workouts, lose focus and all that. And I get it, travel is meant to be fun, but at the same time if you're traveling full time, and want to sustain that type of lifestyle, you gotta be a bit focused, and you gotta keep your sh*t together, otherwise you lose yourself in the travel and forget your responsibilities. Especially if you travel long-term like me, then discipline is key, because every time you arrive in a new country you probobly have some goals that you want to accomplish, and if you slack off 'nothing gets accomplished' and you start to become worried, your responsibilities pile up and then your travel isn't fun anymore, it's stressful. I get into this whole discipline thing a bit more in the Podcast, I also share a few stories from my own experience as a full-time traveler, and why I think it's so important to keep your sh*t together when you're traveling. Give it a listen, and if you have any questions, then please send me a message via the contact form on my website: www.takkamil.com - Thanks!
