Welcome to Episode 20! Today we officially unveil our HFW Core Values.

Today we have Peter back on the podcast to discuss a little bit about the culture we are trying to foster. Peter is a tremendous example of what you can become at HFW, and we are very excited about the trajectory of the business with the great team we have.

A 30 year veteran at HFW, Peter has seen a lot and has worked his way up from starting as a manual machinist to running the whole shop.

We are fortunate to have a strong leader like Peter in our business. Enjoy this episode!

Today we introduce Traction/EOS as part of a larger initiative to grow our business and further develop our people. Our goal is for HFW to be the best employer in the manufacturing industry, which will propel our business to future success. Traction is one way to help us cultivate this high-performance culture we are after.

Welcome to episode 15! Today we have a great episode with Jayden, one of the newest members on our team. 

For being only 18 years old, Jayden has a tremendous amount of knowledge and wisdom, and we are very fortunate to have him on our team. He is developing into a supremely talented machinist and learning a lot from the amazing team we have at HFW!

This was a great episode and I am thankful for Jayden for taking some time to do this.

Today we have a fantastic conversation with Peter Santasiero, a CNC machinist who came to HFW in the 90s, traveled the country in the 2000s and is now back at HFW! Peter has had a very interesting career that is a great example of what is possible in the trades!
