Episode 127: Nourishing YOU with guest Suki — Nourishing YOU with guest Suki, w/ Shannon, and Suki. Shannon and guest Suki have an in-depth discussion on how Suki got started in the retreat world, why her cooking is special, and some points of why retreats are so important. An Austin native, and Richardson resident, Suki wears many hats and even has a few aliases (some lovingly know her as Jenn). In a former life, she discovered Dallas by way of kitchens dabbling in a variety of cuisines from healthful farm-to-market to upscale restaurants. At the end of a tough 2020, she found reprieve in her first retreat experience and was inspired to leave the evolving restaurant industry to host others. She is passionate about many things-though hospitality, honest food, and physical well-being top the list.  Her hospitality experience combined with over a decade of practicing yoga is the foundation of Four Dimensions. Her goal is to create a sacred space for guests & instructors to come together and explore the Four Dimensions of wellbeing.
