As we get older what rings most true is, "HEALTH IS WEALTH". What wouldn't you do to feel youthful in mind and body? We've seen the trend of celery juice, and have risked our sanity on a cleanse at least once by now. We've invested in oils and serums for the promise of bringing back our youthful glow. Some of our peers have even followed in our parent's footsteps and have dabbled in ancient medical practices for restorative healing. Both Jess and I have had very different experiences with acupuncture, but the more we hear the more we want to learn. Thanks to our resident Acupuncturess, Cathy Kim, we were able to talk judgment free and dive deeper on this topic. She brings a refreshing approach to a once ancient practice, shares her journey to the profession and opens up about her modern views and benefits of acupuncture.
