Hi its me Hayley! And welcome to Episode 2!
I'm so excited to bring you this episode where you get to meet one of my closest friends and all round beautiful person - Ava.
Among many things she is wife to one of my oldest friends Ryan, a mother to three beautiful children, a hairdresser and now a mindset mentor!! She helps woman to love the life they live by connecting, guiding and supporting them on their personal growth and self love journeys!

Hi It's me Hayley! And welcome to my very first episode!
I feel like this has been the longest time coming BUT here it is! And I couldn't be more excited to share this little part of me with you.
In this episode I fill you in on why its taken me so long to launch this podcast, on what I hope this podcast to be, on starting something that is on your heart and going after it regardless of all of the voices in your head telling you not to.
It took multiple attempts to get this out there, please excuse the crashing noises towards the end. That was our almost 2 year old emptying out his toy tools over my feet! The perfectionist in me wanted to re do the recording but it is what it is!
This is real life, this is my life, this is me. Perfectly imperfect and I'm here showing up regardless!
So grateful to share this space with you.
