The City of Havre is hoping to implement a way to communicate directly to it's residents.

This app, called "Code Red", has been used by the county and city for some time now, but the city is hoping to rejuvenate interest and push for residents to register.

New Media Broadcasters spoke with Captain Ryan Pearson of the Havre Police Department for more information.

The Havre City Council held their second meeting of the month on Monday, May 20th to provide the public with an update on the city's water supply, which has been under a boil water advisory for over a month. Mayor Doug Kaercher responds to public comments made at this meeting.
