Senate Bill 442 is a bill that would alter the way marijuana taxes are spent in Montana, specifically to give more to the road department.

Gianforte was ruled against early this year, and now his motion for a stay has been declined, we followed up with Rylee Sommers-Flanagan of Upper Seven Law who represented the plaintiffs in this case.
