First I talk about how we emphasise fixing our weaknesses to alleviate a sense of inward deficiency rather than improving our strengths for the greater potential of the whole world.
With a bit of hesitation, I talk about my relationship with sadness and the joy that I'm missing. I consider that sadness and joy aren't dualistic, opposing terms but that if sadness is welcomed, joy won't be constricted underneath.
I also consider an invitation to shift my posture in a way that leads from hibernation to looking outward, alongside a short poem about how our humanity is best expressed in when our individuality moves toward unity.
