Lizzie and I talked about mindfulness and meditation and the difference between the two. We speak about how you don't have to be an expert to benefit from these types of practises.
Lizzy shares her story of finding mindfulness skills later in life and how she feels it would be great for children to be able to learn these tools while they are young.
We also talk about how it's great as the kids get older that we can leave the house for a day or two without taking everything but the kitchen sink!
