Gillian McMichael uses traditional coaching tools and techniques to help her clients which include corporate leaders to personal client to help them recognise their full potential. Based in Edinburgh, by 2004 she launched her own practice by designing a course and had an instant result. But by 2010, personal life changes and the subsequent collapse of a shared business and a stress-induced health scare spurred her seminal solo work. That year she trained as a meditation coach, and in 2012 she qualified as a Reiki healer. Her first book 'Coming Home: A Guide to Being Your True Self' (published 2022) unpacks how to jettison past conditioning, as seen via the lens of her own journey is an Amazon best-seller.

Professor Ursula James is Visiting Teaching Fellow at Oxford University Medical School and Visiting Professor of Clinical Hypnosis at Robert Gordon University in 2013 and with her company, Thames Medical Lectures, has lectured at most of the UK's medical schools including Oxford and Cambridge.
Ursula is a highly qualified clinical and medical Hypnotherapist. Her podcast HypnoSOS offers min-hypnosis sessions that are a mini-break from the stress. is also an author and has written a clinical hypnosis textbook. Bob Ginsberg started researching the evidence for survival of consciousness soon after his daughter died in 2002. Devastated by the loss, he needed science to tell him if she still existed in some form. In 2004 Bob and his wife Phran founded Forever Family Foundation (foreverfamilyfoundation.org), a global not for profit that educates the public about evidence that we are more than our physical bodies. Bob hosts the Signs of Life radio show, is past editor of Signs of Life Magazine, heads the foundation’s Medium Evaluation Certification Program, writes a blog at beyondthefivesenses.com., and is the author of The Medium Explosion. Bob, Phran and the foundation are currently featured in the Netflix Docu-series 'Surviving Death'. Sadly, Phran passed to the Spirit Realm in September 2020.

Today I am giving you some insights into what we affectionately call 'The Clairs'. Some Mediums have all of them like me, and some have others. It's always a joy to talk about each one and I teach you how on my courses.
