In this episode I try to humanize toxic masculinity when it comes to mental and emotional issues regarding men and how film and media reflects through real life situations as well. I also shed a light on “literally me” characters and why men feel very connected to them.

This Episode talks about the lack of importance we give to ourselves simply because of other people that we are mean to love, to the point where we slowly start loosing ourselves. We talk about the art of letting all that go and seeing things in a different light. As much as you need to be around and available for your loved once you should also be self aware and careful for when it gets too much.
