Higby's Haunted Halloween follows the story of a young vampire named Higby living in the strange town of DenMark. Every Halloween, All Hollows Eve to the citizens of DenMark, a sacrifice must be made to the witch out on Bone Crusher Lane. That witch old Lucille Peacock has been employeing the vampire boy Higby for many years forcing him to steal a child once a year to give to her. Higby hates what he has to do but Mr. Fate tells the boy vampire that all things serve Fate. This Halloween feels different though. This year the witch has chosen a beautiful three year old girl named Samantha Haine.
