Skinamarink is a new micro budget feature horror film from Canadian filmmaker, Kyle Edward Ball. With a budget of $15,000 and a theatrical release with articles in Rolling Stone and the New York Times as well as Twitter exploding with this film I thought I'd give it a look. The film played locally at the Regal Theaters in Colonie NY. My wife and I watched it. I liked it she hated it. LOL! The sound design was amazing and really was instrumental is selling the scares. The video shots was interesting, I look forward to futrure viewings on Shudder as well as possibly purchasing a copy for myself. I do believe this film was produced with a cult directors vision and I appreciate that. Great job Kyle Edawrd Ball and your cast and crew.
