Originally from Puerto Rico, Angel joined the US air force without speaking English. The continued education program in the military lead him to study public relations & marketing and continued on to an MBA. His love for marketing drove him to set up his own business and later retire from the air force to become a full-time entrepreneur.

Kicking off this first season of interviews with High-Achieving Parents, I have the distinct pleasure of welcoming James Fulford, a.k.a the Cleaner Dad, who I met on the DnD mentoring program with our Coach Tim Grover.

James is retired from the US airforce, yet a very active father of 6 between the ages of 29 and 10.

He has a bachelor’s degree in business, worked as a director of technology for the largest real estate firm in the world, is an associate pastor at his church, and is currently starting up a technology consulting business.

We explore his background, his upbringing, and his journey. 

How he turned a potentially very dark future into a brilliant one, filled with love, support, and communication within his family. 

He brings a powerful message of love, connection, and gratitude.
