In this episode, I’m going to tell some more of my truths… everything in his life is a choice and we all have free will to choose the path we want to go down.. please don’t judge me, but if you do, you’re only judging yourself!

I was starting to feel some type away because of other peoples choices, but I quickly snapped out of it because I realize we all have a choice!.. and this podcast show I talk about the choices we have, and how we have to move forward in our self!

I finally got back to the gym and I’m feeling amazing! I’m not in the gym for superficial gains!! it’s all about moving to release energy open Chakra blocks!!

As I’m off the grid, I’m starting to realize that there are more lessons that need to be learned.. having control over everything is in place of fear!..

I had an amazing week first in Massachusetts then in Connecticut and even in New York!.. I had to cut it short in Massachusetts because of my friends traumas but everything happens for a reason and there’s no bad blood between us!
