Tom Sarsons experienced workplace abuse while simultaneously going through conflicts in his personal relationship. This lead him to experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation. In this discussion he shares his experience of the abuse and his healing journey. He touches on what could have been different, how true healing is about discovering that you are not your thoughts or emotions but rather that you are the observer, the importance of brave choices, self awareness, having the skills to speak your truth, to speak honestly and openly, to set boundaries and have your needs met.
