AM Sermon - Scripture: Mark 14:22-26 - As Jesus eats with His disciples in the last legitimate Passover meal, He establishes one of two ordinances for the church. However, there has been a lot of confusion about the significance of what communion actually is, and what it communicates about the uniqueness of the church. - Add. Ref.: John 17:22-24

PM Sermon - Scripture: 1 Corinthians 1:3-9 - The church in Corinth had every resource available to be a faithful and mature congregation. Instead, it was marked by sin, immaturity, and pride. Nevertheless, as Paul opens his letter, he expresses authentic love and thankfulness not because of who they are, but because of Christ in them.

AM Sermon - Scripture: Mark 14:1-9 - As Jesus concludes His Olivet Discourse, plans to betray and crucify Him are gaining traction. Of course, even plans to crucify Christ don’t contradict God’s plan, as a flashback to just a few days earlier shows that God was preparing His Son for burial even before He entered Jerusalem.
