The Minnesota State High School League’s girls basketball playoffs open up this weekend with sectional round match-ups. Three teams in the Pipestone County Star’s coverage area will play in the Section 3A South Tournament at Worthington High School’s Trojan Gymnasium. Edgerton Public will square off against Westbrook/Walnut Grove at 12:30 p.m. The Flying Dutch enter the game with a 15-10 record. During the regular season, Edgerton split with WWG (18-7).
