EDGERTON — The Southwest Minnesota Christian boys basketball team scored as many points in the first half as Edgerton did in the entire game Thursday, Dec. 4. The Eagles eventually won this Red Rock Conference game 78-43. Josiah Hoftyzer paced all scorers with 23 points, including 7-of-8 from the free-throw line. Ryan Pap added 19 points, including three 3-pointers. Kade Fey dropped in 11. Kade Moffitt was the Flying Dutchmen’s leading scorer with 18 (two 3-pointers and 8-11 free throws), and Colin Scholten added 12 (two treys).
