One of the most decorated active coaches in Oregon high school baseball over the last decade, Colin Griffin has led Jesuit High School to two state championships and multiple state championship appearances. He's also had two pitchers drafted out of high school in the top 15 picks in two of the previous three MLB drafts. He became a head football coach at age 24 in Oregon before eventually moving across the border to become the head man at Hillcrest in 2021. 18 years as the head baseball coach at Oxford High School, capped off by winning the 2023 Alabama 6A State Championship, with a senior class that went 102-21 over the last three seasons. Shortly after recording this episode, he stepped down from his coaching duties to become Oxford High School's Supervisor of Safety, Operations, and Athletics.
