Two Pipestone Area Schools’ junior golfers received all-Big South Conference honors based on their performances from regular-season meets this season. Vivian Brockberg and Matt DeBates were so honored. “Vivian getting all-conference was great to see,” PAS girls coach Grant Everson said. “It was a goal she had coming into this year because of how close she was last year. Hopefully, that will give her more confidence.” PAS boys coach Craig Boeddeker was equally pleased with DeBates. “Matt is by far, for me, the best example of a student-athlete who recognizes the responsibility one had to his sport,” the coach commented....
