JACKSON — Pipestone Area Schools junior gymnast Kaysa Douty continues to set new benchmarks. That was the case on Saturday at the Sweetheart Invitational as Douty scored 9.4 in the balance beam for a new school record at Jackson County Central High School. “It was really fun to watch Kaysa do so well on beam,” PAS head coach Stacie Wallace said. “She has been making adjustments on that event, and it was great to see her hard work pay off.” There is video of Douty’s performance on the Pipestone County Star’s Facebook page.
