ST. PAUL — Unlike the 2024 Minnesota State High School League Class A state gymnastics meet, Pipestone Area Schools’ Kaysa Douty didn’t grab a top-10 finish. Still, Douty should hold her head high as one of only 24 participants in the all-around competition Saturday at Roy Wilkins Auditorium. Douty, a sophomore, compiled an all-around score of 33.4, which placed her just behind fellow Section 3A qualifier Amira Cowell from Luverne.
