MARSHALL — Jackson County Central senior Mady Wachal tossed 16 strikeouts in eliminating Pipestone Area Schools during the Section 3AA championship game. “Mady was effective,” PAS head coach Robert Petersen said. “She was able to get us to swing on pitches outside the strike zone.
