Welcome to the eighteenth episode of the High Sensory People Podcast with Jane Elizabeth Aston and Elisha May!
We are High Sensory People, which means that like 20-30% of the world’s population, we were born with the genetic trait now referred to as High Sensory Intelligence®. The scientific name of the trait is Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS) but it’s commonly known right now as being highly sensitive. We are passionate about raising awareness about the HSP trait and reframing it from being highly sensitive to High Sensory.
In this week’s episode we talk about why it’s important to be in our truth and be our authentic selves. This is especially important for us as High Sensory People because its so painful when we are not, but it can also be especially difficult when we grow up in a world that often didn’t understand us, or suit us very well.
We are so excited to announce that the HIGH SENSORY TRIBE online community is open from 22nd September 2023, and it's free to join for the first month. Click here to join the High Sensory Tribe We would love to see you there soon!
