Every one of us has crossed paths with challenges that have left us feeling shook. What do we do with those situations? How do they inform us of our deepest strengths? What if through our struggles we are actually being offered the gateway through which we can transcend and liberate ourselves from old constructs and thoughts that no longer serve us?

Perhaps our challenges can offer up a perspective through which we can alchemize some of the greatest perils of our life, into one that we can renew once more, and begin again.

A wise Womban embarks on a journey deep within her self. As she descends to her womb space, an energetic and informative epicenter of intrinsic wisdom and creativity is revealed to her. Through this connection back with herself, she is able to tune into teachings of her unique inner nature. I embarked on this journey myself back in May. And even though I can’t describe fully in words how much my life has shifted from connecting to my womb , my body shows me in all the ways. We don’t get to choose who we impact, nor does the size of the crowd matter. The energetic frequency we set through our intentions cannot be measured, rather it is felt from heart to heart.

I had the pleasure of sharing a beautiful conversation co- hosted with my partner Sean. We speak with our friend, Danny Williams. He is the founder of Mindful Movement Health. It inspires me so much to witness his journey and how he attuned to what his intuition was guiding him towards. It also brings me joy to be able to hold space for our conversation and hear his personal story about what matters to him and what lights him up through yoga, meditation and movement.

There have been moments in my life that I can say with full confidence, have been divinely aligned. Often we think things are about the thing we think it’s about when really it’s far bigger than what we think it’s about 🤪

After giving birth to my son, I was met with a version of myself that I longed to get to know. I struggled with birthing the mother in me along with the physical and emotional changes my body was experiencing. And as a woman, I have moments of being consumed by the all too common narrative of “am I enough?”. I began to get curious about my Self more. I craved acceptance and desired to be seen. I didn’t think to correlate it with my hormones, my narratives, or the lineage of women who’s paths have been walked before my own. The nature of a woman is one to revere. It feels like a decade ago that I stumbled upon Mark Groves. He’s been someone that has been so instrumental on my growth journey. I knew one day I’d manifest the gift of having a converstation with him.. and I did, twice!

My personal journey with creativity has so far taught me a lot beyond podcasting and writing. Sometimes it’s in the gap between an idea and destination that serves to contain life’s greatest nectar. It’s also the callings we’re most afraid of that can yield us our growth. I used to think it was a risk to explore these creative urges. I’ve learnt that it’s not a risk when it’s rooted in your heart and alignment. The only thing risky about it, is not starting at all.
