Healing takes time , but the part that's never discussed is how hard it is to help yourself heal from something. Helping yourself heal means treating your self well and speaking highly of yourself despite what you feel. Give yourself grace and help yourself heal!

Healing yourself takes TIME, and not only time but it takes a lot of work and patience because your human and it isn’t easy the topic of healing yourself comes with needing to set healthy boundaries to move on and continue in my journey and continue to heal myself. Take a seat and listen to me express how one thing that triggers those thoughts you attempt to avoid where god is speaking to me and allowing him to give me confirmation that I am working on the things that make me uncomfortable but it will require time and patience to fully obtain but I have to give myself grace because I am still working on myself.

Knowing that freedom is unlocked when you learn to forgive yourself. My past won’t define my identity , I am unlearning old ways and learning better from what’s presented give myself grace no matter what because you deserve forgiveness too so give it to yourself today
