No matter where life leads you, you just know it's all for your better good, for your growth, and for your evolution as a soul.

In today's episode, I show you how to overcome your emotions by simply feeling them! 
I know I know sounds silly, but we tend to shove aside our feelings and not want to feel them at the moment, and sometimes bottled-up feelings can overcome us and make us act a little wonky and untrue to our authentic selves. But if you'd like to regulate your emotions, ground yourself and release these unwanted emotions you simply have to allow yourself to be overwhelmed with that uncomfortable feeling. Nobody wants to do it but once you see how easy and unchallenging it is and how relieved you'll feel after, you're never gonna look back! 

I hope you allow yourself to be the human that you are and give yourself permission to feel and release.

The great part of this human experience, we have complete control to reverse the effects of human conditioning. Starting with becoming aware of the excuses we make for ourselves and others. Becoming aware that being a victim of our circumstances is a lack mentality that gets you nowhere. As Rob Dial likes to say, excuses are like buttholes, they stink! So stop being a smelly victim and start becoming the hero of your own story. Save yourself before it is too late.
