Higher Purpose

The baby Jesus was born UNTO US. This Christmas let us rejoice in the Son that was given us.

In this time of year, let us not forget the strangers and needy. When we treat the least among us with kindness, it is as if we treat Jesus with kindness. And when we treat the least of these with contempt, it is as if we treat Jesus with contempt.

To interceed for someone is to go-between that person and the thing they are facing in prayer.

The bad news is that the payment of our sin is death. The good news is that Jesus paid the price for our sins and have given us eternal life.

The Passover lamb was a shadow of the death of Jesus Christ. Today, we celebrate Christian Passover through Communion.

God commanded Israel to bring the firstfruits as a sacrifice unto the Lord. This command teaches us the principle of putting God first in everything we do.

In ancient times, they sang songs to commemorate great deliverances. God is giving us a new song, by providing a testimony of God's miraculous deliverance.

The opportunity to enter the presence of the Lord is thanks worthy.
