We’ll take a few minutes to ground and settle, connect without breath and sense of proprioception.

Then we’ll turn our attention toward Winter. Are there any loose ends to tie up? Anything that arose during the season that still needs our attention? 

Finally, we’ll turn toward the warm glowing door of Spring, ripe with possibilities, vision, and an entire new year of living and loving.

I believe that every good birth story starts with the conception and pregnancy story. In this episode, I share the details surrounding his conception and birth, which wasn't nearly as wonderful as his birth.

While I loved being pregnant, my personal life was falling apart. I hope that in sharing my story of this pregnancy, it helps those who are also struggling in their marriage, with their care provider, or are otherwise having a less-than-ideal pregnancy. It doesn't mean a less-than-ideal birth.
